Most of our volunteers came to us as members first. It is the single most common way men end up staying.

There is no one role. Some people lead a walk. Some make the coffee. Some drive the van, answer emails, fix things, or sit with someone new so they are not the only one who does not know anybody.

You do not need a qualification and you do not need to have been through it yourself. You do need to be reliable, because men turn up expecting you to be there.

Leading or supporting a group session: setting up, welcoming men as they arrive, and making sure nobody new is left on their own.

The Coffee Van and Coffee Shop

Working the coffee van or the Coffee Shop, serving and talking with the people who come to the counter.

Absolutely great, the feedback from the guys on site was brilliant.
